Kate Middleton Dazzles With Prince William at Children's Benefit

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge made a dazzling entrance at a charity gala dinner at Kensington Palace this evening. Looking stunning in a Jenny Packham gown, accessorised with LK Bennett shoes and a clutch bag, Kate brought her usual touch of simple elegance to the Duke and Duchess's first official public engagement as a married couple. The couple are attending the 10th annual Absolute Return for Kids (Ark) Gala Dinner.

Kate Middleton's Wedding Dress and Tiara Go on Display

Fans of Princess Catherine's iconic wedding dress - nine-foot train and all - will soon have a chance to see it in all its glory. The dress, designed by Sarah Burton at Alexander McQueen, will go on display when Buckingham Palace opens for tours from July 23 to Oct. 3. The "whole ensemble" of dress, the Cartier "Halo" tiara, earrings, veil and satin and lace shoes will be on view, as will, over at the Mews, the Rolls-Royce Phantom VI and 1902 State Landau coach that carried Kate to and from Westminster Abbey. Kate chose McQueen "for the beauty of its craftsmanship and its respect for traditional workmanship and the technical construction of clothing," the Royal Collection, which runs the display, says in a statement.

Royal Wedding Reception Details

Prince William and Duchess Kate's royal reception at Buckingham Palace was truly a night to remember. According to insider, his brother, Prince Harry, 26, jokes and make fun of William during his speech. The newlyweds had their first dance to Your Song by Ellie Goulding. Towards the end of the song, William looked over to Charles, who stood up and danced with Duchess Camilla for a verse. Harry whistled loudly towards the end and everyone cheered. At the end of the night, fireworks went off; the newlyweds shouted "Thank you, guys" to their remaining guests.

Prince William and Kate Middleton Complete Final Wedding Rehearsal

Prince William and Kate Middleton have attended a private wedding rehearsal at Westminster Abbey on Wednesday night to complete a final run-through of Friday's wedding ceremony. The twosome arrived in a chauffeur-driven car around 7:30 p.m. with their wedding party, which included Prince Harry, 26, and Pippa Middleton, 27. The rest of Kate's immediate family including her parents, Michael and Carole, and brother James were also in attendance.

The First Glimpse of William And Kate Movie Revealed

An American channel called Lifetime has commissioned a made-for-telly movie about Kate Middleton and Prince William, following their lives from when they first met at university through to their wedding day as played by actors Nico Evers-Swindell and Camilla Luddington. The film chronicles the eight-year romance for Prince William, 28, and fiancé Kate Middleton, 29, who met while attending Scotland's University of St. Andrews. The couple is set to wed April 29 at England's Westminster Abbey in the most anticipated wedding of the decade. William and Kate premieres April 19 on Lifetime.
