Kim Kardashian, 30, shopped for her dream wedding gown at Vera Wang's NYC store on Monday. She was spotted at the Vera Wang boutique with sister Kourtney Kardashian, 32, in tow, to browse the couture collection. They even met with Vera Wang herself. While it's unclear whether Kim actually decided on her perfect dress, her sister Khloe is rooting for her to go with Wang. Although Kim has yet to announce when she'll say I do to NBA star Kris Humphries, she has given guests a heads up on what to give to the newlyweds.

Khloe Kardashian, 26, helped organize a last-minute engagement party for Kim Kardashian, 30, and Kris Humphries, 26, this past Thursday. "We obviously move really fast in my family," Khloe told Us Weekly during the NIVEA Challenge in Bel Air, Calif. Sunday. To help organize the get-together, Khloe called upon party planner Sharon Sachs, who oversaw the E! star's wedding to Lamar Odom in 2009. Nearly 50 close friends and family members attended the celebration, including several friends who hadn't yet met Kris.

Kim Kardashian Celebrates Her Engagement in Monaco

After getting engaged on May 18, Kim Kardashian, 30, and Kris Humphries, 26, touched down in Monaco on Thursday for a planned family vacation with the basketball star and his family. Humphries tells People he wanted to propose before the trip so they could really spend some quality time together with his family as a couple. The couple, who plan to marry this summer, will spend quality time together before Humphries begins his fall basketball season.

She told People she was in shock when she entered her Beverly Hills home last week to discover Humphries on bended knee with "will you marry me" spelled out in rose petals. Humphries gave her a 20.5-carat Lorraine Schwartz diamond ring, worth an estimated $US2 million ($1.9 million). The couple began dating in November and plan to marry later this year.

Kim Kardashian has been the subject of numerous plastic surgery rumors during her time in the public eye, in fact we've pretty much covered all of it, including the breast implants, butt implants, nose job, and of course the only actual confirmed procedure, botox injections, which she featured on her reality show.

And its no secret that Kim K has a fabulously bountiful pair of lush lips, which has also been the target of cosmetic enhancement speculation.

Many blogs are using this before and after photo as a viable comparison, justifying the enhancement of Ms. Kardashian's lips, however I'm not fully sold on the idea. Kim has been quoted as saying...

I think lip injections look very fake and bad and I wouldn't want to kiss anyone with stuff in their lips, so I wouldn't do it to myself.

With that being said, her lips are noticeably fuller in the after photo, but not drastically, like we tend to see with lip injections or implants.

One thing that is quite clear with Kim Kardashian, she tends to go way overboard with her use of makeup, and it also looks like she is applying too much lip gloss plumper. Which pretty much solves this lip injection/implant rumor.
